THE WELL-BEING WEEKS ARE BACK!

From May 9th to June 3rd you’ll have the opportunity to join the workshops, lectures, and (social) activities of the new well-being weeks. This edition’s theme is ‘Reflect and Respect’.

The theme of this edition is based on the results of the recent employee well-being report that shows that we all have different wishes and needs, for example, in the area of hybrid work, work-life balance and the way we want to work together. Because it is important to determine this for yourself, to talk about it with each other and to respect each other's way of working, we have chosen to offer workshops within the Reflect and Respect theme. You’ll find workshops such as work-private balance, mental resilience and a individual dialogue workshop Speak Up. You can also register again for the familiar activities such as the lunch walks and the morning meditations.

With over 1300 participations in total, last year’s well-being weeks Catch your breath (Spring) and Boost & Balance (Autumn) were a big success! We hope that this edition will also include something for you (again)!

WELL-BEING RESEARCH

Also in 2022, a UT well-being research will take place. This year, there will be two measurements instead of three to measure well-being and they will take place at the same time as the well-being weeks. The first sub-survey will run from 12 May to 10 June. Just like last year, you will receive a personal invitation to participate.
